  • At HqO, Inc., we’re committed to accessibility. It is our policy to ensure that everyone, including persons with disabilities, has full and equal access to our digital offerings. Our digital asset provides effective communication and meaningful access in compliance with ADA standards and WCAG 2.1 AA. 
  • HqO, Inc. strives to conform to the following global accessibility standards as published by the World Wide Consortium: https://www.w3.org/ 
  • Compatibility: HqO, Inc. is compatible with most major Internet browsers including Chrome, FireFox, and Safari. HqO, Inc. may not perform optimally on Internet Explorer and older browser versions. 
  • Distribution: HqO, Inc. distributes these guidelines to all personnel who work with the product (including web and mobile applications )including but not limited to content authors/editors, product designers, and developers. 
  • Accessibility Coordinator(s): HqO, Inc. has a Web Accessibility task force that helps monitor the objectives in this policy and any new WCAG guidelines. 
  • Testing: HqO, Inc. engages in regular automated testing, manual audits (annual / bi-annual), and user testing to assess and improve accessibility of our products. 
  • Training: HqO, Inc. personnel undergo accessibility training. Our internal team monitors the release of new guidelines (and drafts) and leads in peer-to-peer training on accessibility best practices. 
  • Compliance: Through genuine effort and commitment including testing, audits, and remediation, we believe HqO, Inc. strives to adhere to best practices for compliance with the WCAG AA standards.
