With our most recent launch, HqO entered a new stage of our product journey. The introduction of HqOS™ Headquarters and our Partner Portal has helped us go beyond standard office space software, by becoming a true tenant experience operating system for commercial real estate (CRE) customers. Think of HqOS like an iPhone’s iOS software — our core technology provides a customizable framework which supports a variety of functionalities and experiences for any office portfolio.

Now, a tenant can submit a work order through their asset-branded mobile app, and that work order will appear in the Building Engines system where your teams can manage it within their existing workflow. Suddenly, service request submissions become one of many experiences that are easier than picking up a phone.
