Co-founder, CEO
Chase Garbarino is the co-founder and CEO of HqO. Previously, Chase was the co-founder and CEO of AmericanInno where he helped build a local media network for the innovation economies in over a dozen US cities. In 2012, the company was purchased by ACBJ, a subsidiary of Advance Publications.
Chase is an avid Boston sports fan and runner, as well as a washed-up college basketball player. He enjoys spending non-work time with his wife and sons. Chase holds a B.A. from Hamilton College.

Greg Gomer is the co-founder and Chief Customer Officer at HqO. Previously, Greg was a co-founder of AmericanInno. In 2012, the company was purchased by ACBJ, a subsidiary of Advance Publications. Prior to AmericanInno, Greg was an analyst at Fidelity Investments. He has been published in the WSJ, Fortune, TechCrunch, NBC, NPR, The Boston Globe, and more.
When not on the internet, you can find Greg skiing at Loon, relaxing on Duxbury beach, or hanging with his kids. Greg holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Kevin McCarthy is the co-founder, Senior Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer at HqO. Previously, Kevin was co-founder and CTO of AmericanInno where he helped build a local media network for the innovation economies in over a dozen US cities. The company was purchased in 2012 by ACBJ, a subsidiary of Advance Publications which owns Conde Nast and is a shareholder of Reddit, Discovery, and a number of other media properties.
Kevin is a lifetime Screen Actors Guild member, a daily basketball player, and a fan of NY sports. Kevin holds a B.A. from Hamilton College in Chemistry.

Chief Legal Officer
Spurti Kanekar is the Vice President of Legal and HR at HqO. She has led the operational and legal teams at numerous enterprise software and SaaS companies through periods of rapid growth and brings her diverse experience from working in India and the US. Previously, Spurti was a Director and Corporate Counsel at CarGurus and led international expansion for Pegasystems over an 8-year period of growth.
Spurti began her career in legal roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers in India. Spurti holds an LL.B., from India and LL.M. (Masters in Global Law and Technology) from Suffolk University Law School.
VP, Product
Steve Dietz is the Vice President of Product at HqO. Before joining HqO, he built and ran the product team at Highwire, a construction risk management platform. Steve has over a decade of experience in product management and spent the early years of his career in investment management and corporate development. His first exposure to real estate technology was running product management for Buildium, a property management platform.
When not shuttling vanloads of children from one sport to another, he spends his free time skiing, golfing, and getting outdoors in the White Mountains. Steve holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
