Recruiter Phone Screen
Our recruiter will schedule time to learn more about your experience, share details about the role, and answer any initial questions you may have.

References
You’ll be asked to provide three professional references, including at least one former manager (ideally two). While we won’t begin contacting your references until after your final-round interview, we like to collect them at this stage in the process proactively.

Hiring Manager Interview
You’ll meet with the hiring manager for a conversation following the WHO interview format. This is also an opportunity to ask any role-specific questions and learn more about the team.

Assessment
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete an assessment or presentation project. These exercises are designed to give you a clearer sense of the position and help us better understand your practical skills.

Final Round Interview
In the final stage, you’ll meet with a panel from HqO who will ask thoughtful, in-depth questions about your experience, approach, and expectations.

Interview with Chase Garbarino, HqO’s CEO
As a final step, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with Chase Garbarino, our CEO, to discuss the company’s vision and how you might contribute to it.

Reference Check
Once interviews are complete, we’ll reach out to your professional references.

Offer Stage
If you receive an offer, you’ll have 24 hours to respond; we want candidates who are as excited about HqO as we are about them! Our offers are best and final, reflecting thoughtful consideration of your experience and market value, so we do not engage in post-offer negotiation.
